Chef Pierre Vachon is a passionate cook. At the age of 12, he began his apprenticeship at the family restaurant. For 5 years, he was the owner of Bistro le Morrisson located in Lac-Mégantic. In the last 10 years, he has gained experience in gastronomic cuisine as a banquet chef at the Hotel Le Georgesville in St-Georges de Beauce. His vast professional experience allows him to serve you dishes prepared right here, from veal stock to ice cream.
